Uncoded - Reclaiming Confidence Through Colour and Body
Saturday 7th June 2025 | 1–4pm | £12 | The Wellbeing Space, Macclesfield
Do you ever feel like you're shrinking yourself to fit in? Like your confidence has gone missing, your style feels off, or you've become a little invisible in your own life?
UNCODED is a warm, welcoming event designed to gently help you reclaim your confidence — from the inside out.
This unique afternoon brings together Louise from How to Not Hate Your Clothes and Jo from Body Conversations, combining colour psychology, personal style, breathwork, and body posture in a truly transformative session.
You’ll learn:
How posture and breathing patterns shape your mind and self-image
How colour can be a quiet, powerful tool for self-expression and presence
Actionable, everyday techniques to build confidence — no big leaps, just gentle shifts
Whether you’re navigating a life change, reconnecting with your identity, or just feeling a little lost in your clothes or body, this is a space to feel supported, seen, and inspired.
£12 per person. All women and people marginalized by their gender welcome. Spaces limited.
